Bristol, PA (PRWEB) August 03, 2012

Gentell, Inc. (http://www.gentell.com), a leading manufacturer of wound and skin care products has released its first products in a new generation of packaging. ?After testing many designs with nurses and retailers,? says Gentell founder and Executive Vice President, David Navazio, ?we learned that our customers want clear identification and product benefits so that they can easily select the correct product under stressful conditions.?

Since its founding in 1994, Gentell has been a leader in Hydrogel, which speeds wound healing by maintaining a moist environment. ?It made sense that our first upgraded package would be Hydrogel,? says Navazio. ?The name, ?Hydrogel,? can be clearly read from across the room, and the Hydrogel package and matching cap pick up the identifying blue color of the Gentell logo.?

Gentell President Fred Brotz notes, ?The new packaging is the logical extension of our plan to provide the best possible wound and skin care products at the best prices while manufacturing here in the United States. Gentell?s new high-speed bottling and labeling lines ensure that our U.S.-based manufacturing plant has a price advantage over our foreign competitors.?

The new Gentell Hydrogel package also includes product benefits that will help retailers sell Gentell Hydrogel. In addition to the green Aloe Vera symbol, the package notes that Gentell Hydrogel has these attributes:

Acadian Monitoring Services Adds MobileHelp Device to Product Line

(PRWEB) July 19, 2012

Acadian Monitoring Services, a division of Acadian companies and a provider of medical, fire and security monitoring for homes, businesses, and individuals, has added a new and innovative medical alert system to its product line.

The MobileHelp device is a portable, cellular-based, two-way voice mobile unit with GPS location services. When activated, the MobileHelp unit detects and reports the user?s location using GPS satellites. The dispatcher is then able to communicate with the subscriber over an AT&T cellular network and dispatch the appropriate authorities based on the subscriber?s actual location.

The MobileHelp system also includes a permission-based interactive online tool which enables caregivers or the subscriber?s loved ones to view the location of the subscriber in real-time, using Google Maps technology. Email notifications with event location maps can be sent to pre-determined responders within seconds after the button has been pushed.

?With the baby boomer generation aging and retiring, yet still being mobile and active, the traditional landline phone-based medical alert system is no longer meeting their needs,? says Blane Comeaux, vice president of AMS. ?This device is perfect for the ?on the go? senior who can still travel, drive a car and live their day-to-day lives, while still having the extra peace of mind a medical alert system affords them and their families.?

AMS operates three monitoring centers staffed by highly trained professionals that respond to medical and security alerts for thousands of subscribers nationwide. AMS has expanded over the last twenty years to include personal emergency response systems, mobile monitoring, advanced video security systems, access control, security monitoring, and telehealth monitoring.

Since 1971, Acadian has been committed to providing the highest level of emergency medical care and transportation possible. In the past decade, the company has expanded to include a diverse suite of services in health, safety, and transportation. Acadian?s six divisions are Acadian Ambulance Service, Acadian Monitoring Services, Air Med, Executive Aircraft Charter Service, National EMS Academy and Safety Management Systems.
