Heritage Golf Group Helps Drive $20,000 Success for Sea Pines Forest Preserve

Heritage Golf Group contributed to the fund raising event held for The Sea Pines Forest Preserve earlier this month. Just over $ 20,000 was raised through a dinner and silent auction. Heritage Golf Group was happy to help and offered a round of golf to the silent auction.

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve is the largest tract of undeveloped land on Hilton Head Island. It is 605 acres large hosting lakes, wildlife and recreation areas. Maintenance and care for the preserve is given by the Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation, a nonprofit organization. A fund raiser was held to help pay for capital repair and replacement projects in the preserve.

The retail value of the golf package donated was worth $ 350. With the help from Heritage Golf Group, the fund raiser is being called a ?success? by the Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation. Golf packages offered by the Heritage Group’s nine courses, including Palmetto Hall, Shipyard Golf Club, Port Royal Golf Club and Oyster Reef Golf Club, may be found at GolfHiltonHead.com.
